Returns

For online purchases you have the right of withdrawal. For all offers and ordered products, a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days after receipt of the article with the exception of used electronic parts and parts related to the fuel system.

During 14 days, you may terminate the agreement without giving any reason. For that reason, you can contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order to return the item or exchange it for another product.

During this period you should carefully deal with the product and the packaging. You must return the product only to unpack or use as necessary, to assess whether you wish to keep the product. An used  product we can’t take back. If you will use your right of withdrawal, you will send the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging to return to Van Kronenburg Motorenrevisie or Van Kronenburg Management System in accordance with any instructions provided by us. Please do not describe the package, cover and / or to modify other manner.

Please note that the items no later than 14 days after the day on which you made the withdrawal notification shall return to us or deliver to us. You are on time if you send the items back before the period of 14 days has expired.
