Throttle body Kit Honda k-series 65mm

This state of the art designed throttle body kit, is developed to the highest spec possible to increase engine performance with improved airflow for instance your K20 or K27 engine. It is fully designed and CNC machined in-house and can be directly mounted on the engine cylinder head. All guides are fitted with bearings for optimal operation. The shafts are also equipped with top-notch quality bearings and seals for maximum durability. For optimal protection the throttle body housing is hard anodized and will withstand the test of time. The throttlebody butterfly valve and idle by pass are independent adjustable for optimal fine-tuning. The throttle connection is available for LHD and RHD purposes. The kit consists of:

• 1 x KMS billet intake manifold with all required hardware


• 4x KMS single throttle bodies size 65mm for high airflow with all necessary components & stainless steel hardware – variable from 55 mm till 65 mm


• 1x KMS fuel rail – (optional 2nd fuelrail if staged injection is needed) fits a wide range of injectors (sold separeltly here)


• 4 x KMS airhorns 45 mm length (alternative size 90 mm length also available). Longer airhorn can give higher torque consult the engine builder. 


• 1 x KMS direct mount fuel pressure regulator


• 1x KMS throttle position sensor (TPS)
